Mrs. Anu Goel is a counselling psychologist, hypnotherapist and past life regression therapist with quality work experience. She had practiced in Mumbai for few years and has been practicing in Delhi since 2004. She is also a member of the Counselor’s Association of India. She has worked with Dr. Anjali Chhabria,a well known consultant psychiatrist in Mumbai.
She has also contributed to many articles; ‘Emotional intelligence in children’ for the book ‘Thinking child’ in 2002, articles for a Hindi newspaper ‘Desh gatha’ in Delhi and other articles on the issues of fatherhood and its stages, adolescence, etc. Her interviews were also featured in many newspapers and magazines ; Delhi times, Times of India, Dainik jagran, Femina magazine, Mail today, etc., to name a few.
She has held many important workshops on different issues, some of which are:
- ‘Peacekeeping and conflict resolution’ in 2003 at Times of India building, Mumbai.
- ‘Interpersonal relationship’ at Shri Ram College, Delhi University in 2004.
- ‘Emotional intelligence’ for Ranbaxy company in 2004.
- ‘Winning attitudes’ for the civilians of the Indian Navy in 2005 in Mumbai.

- Rational emotive therapy 2002 at Disha counselling centre, Bombay. Conducted by Dr. Shubha Thate and Dr. Anuradha Sovani.
- “Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing “training therapy 2001 at SNDT, women’s university, Churchgate, Bombay.
- Narrative therapy workshop, by John Stillman, Kenwood therapy centre in Minneapolis, USA, 2005.
- Core theory & basic skills in Play therapy, 2006, from play therapist, UK.
- Hypnotherapist and past life regression therapist, 2010, from California hypnosis institute of India.
She is highly qualified person having a Masters degree in psychology from Annamalai University, certificate in ‘Sex Education’ from Institute of Human Technology, Mumbai, India in 2003, post graduate Diploma in guidance and counselling course from SIES, Institute of comprehension education with a distinction, ‘Advance school counselling’ course from SNDT women’s University, Churchgate, Mumbai in 2002 and the list of her academic achievements goes on.
She counsels people on issues like child rearing, marital conflict, depression, latchkey children, anger management, obsessive compulsive disorder, attention deficit disorder, effective leadership, love and dating, aggression and so on.
She is a great orator and has an effective communication skill which is why she has been asked to speak for different programs on various issues:
- “Kuch Dil Se“a Sab TV Show 2003 on the topic of “Celebrity Child”.
- Speaker in ladies club “sancharika”, 2005 in Delhi.
- Contributed in a documentary film on “Anti smoking”, Delhi, 2006.

She is currently a visiting faculty at Queen Mary’s school, Northend, Model Town Delhi.
